The refund terms are what put me off: downloading and playing can rule out a refund. Server trouble makes buying feel like a real risk, too. I wouldn't recommend it unless the refund policy is clear; being left with a game that struggles is a bad deal.
No room to choose a fight. The PvP balance feels lopsided, especially against heavily armored players, and it makes every encounter frustrating.
Could not log in at all, and there was no clear response about the server problem. STILL unusable.

I used to recommend this game, but I will never do it again. I was unfairly and unjustifiably perma banned by Ironmace for "Cheating". We do not tolerate such actions violating our Terms of Service, for those who break the rules we created would face the punishment of a permanent ban. Therefore, we had to ban your account permanently. We ask for your understanding in this matter. Thank you, ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just played few hours and I don't understand why ??!! I gave them 30€ for legendary status and this is the result. I will never trust Ironmace and their team again. And for those who would defend them by saying that I did indeed cheat, I tell you in advance: you are stupid. It's a false ban and a goodbye forever Ironmace ..|.. Ironmace just stole money. Steam won't refund my purchases...
Many false ban waves, dont give these devs your money, they allow a mechanic, like teaming and then temporarily ban you for it, dms and support tickets are being ignored, i've never seen something like this.
Please, please, PLEASE do not buy this game. When you decide to purchase, download and then play it, it automatically disqualifies you for a refund. If they refunded people who didn't like the game, they'd be broke. I'm telling you now - you will not like it. Save your money and spend it with a company that's worth spending the money on.

Severely flawed game, devs literal tone deaf amateurs.
Purchased the game but have never been able to login. The team seems to be more interested in fixing payment issue than having the people that own the game able to play. There is zero communication about this server error. I asked them to acknowledge the issue and start fixing it or give me a refund.. I got a refund. Good luck to the rest of you having this issue.
