"Worst bought of my life. Confirm delivered at time before buy, finally dont delivered in time, leave the ship to an unknow person, cant answer me where and who received the box. I travel outside US and lose the money and the items, 500 bucks... Paypal too dont refund the money because with only a signature to receipt is enought to confirm a good delivery and is valid without confirm the correct adress. Too they erase my account... Dont buy."

I ordered a product for Halloween paid $100, the product arrived broken and I called them immediately to rectify before Halloween. There is no live person to speak with; only a recording where you can leave a message so no one will ever call you back. There is also an email option which no one replied back as well. Crooks! Please don't let this happen to you.
