Really upsetting to open

Really upsetting to open the parcel and find a different, cheap toy instead of the robot shown. When I tried to sort it out, the only option offered was to pay return postage before a refund. That left me stuck with something I hadn't ordered and no workable way to resolve it.

Wrong item arrived

A cheap replacement arrived instead of the robot ordered. No useful reply to my emails, and returning it would cost extra. Very disappointing.

4 months later

I was to write a review like anyone else that I got scammed, but unexpectedly, 4 months after I ordered, I got what I purchased. For that, I sent like 20emails that I didn't receive my stuff. Not sure the quality of the good, but at first glance it seems pretty ok. So, even with all the previous reviews, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt

Worse company ever.

Ordered a kylo Ren costume and got a cheap cape instead. Now it takes 60 to 70 days for a refund what a scam. When I contacted them their excuse was we sold out of what you ordered but sent this instead. And did not even list item as sold out.

Got scammed too!

Got scammed too and even wasted 11$ for shipping back the wrong item back to them. Never got any answer back from them by e-mail and now looks that their website has closed-down... Next time I'll look at users comments before buying anything from China...

Another one bites the dust

Sooo excited when I got Cozmo in the mail and very disappointed to received a chinabot piece of crap instead that I could've bought from the dollar store. As we know now 99% of online advertisements are fraudulent and I was another victim of their mischievous scams!!!SHAME ON YOU EVERYONEDAYS AND MAY YOUR GREED BRING YOU MISERY!!!
