Do reviewers say the products match their listings or are genuine?

Many reviewers say items advertised or pictured as branded products arrived as imitations, unbranded alternatives, or different products. Some also describe poor-quality knockoffs. These are reviewer reports, not independent verification of every item sold.

What do reviewers say about delivery times?

Experiences vary, but many reviewers describe long delays, orders that did not arrive, or little clarity about dispatch. A few say their order arrived relatively quickly or within an acceptable period, while others report waits of weeks or months.

Do orders arrive complete?

Some reviewers report missing parts, accessories, or game-related codes, including codes expected with Roblox toys. Others say they received a different item or no order at all.

What condition and packaging do reviewers describe?

Reviewers describe items arriving damaged, defective, discolored, opened, or without their expected box or packaging. Some also report that products were missing pieces or did not work as expected.

How do reviewers describe customer service when there is a problem?

A recurring complaint is that support replies slowly, stops responding, or gives updates about checking with a warehouse without resolving the issue. Reviewers describe repeated follow-ups while waiting for a replacement, missing item, or refund.

What do reviewers report about refunds, replacements, and return costs?

Many reviewers say requested refunds or promised replacements did not arrive, or took extensive follow-up. Some say they were asked to pay return postage themselves, which could be costly. Outcomes vary across individual reports, so the reviews do not establish a consistent resolution.

Code still missing

Still waiting on the promised code. The figures arrived, but the follow-up never came through after I was told it would be sent.

Not what it seemed

Ugh, the item seemed like an imitation, and getting a clear response afterward went nowhere 😕

Clearly not genuine

Really disappointing - the toy arrived without proper packaging and felt like a cheap imitation rather than the branded item shown.

AVOID - i wish i'd have read previous reviews…

i wish i'd have read previous reviews before buying the website claims legitimate products, i bought a Steamboat Willie lego set, arrived relatively quickly but was without a box and absolutely NOT legitimate lego, which, when paying a reasonable price for the set is disappointing - i have emailed the company requesting a refund before taking them to trading standards as the website does state that it is a Lego product (false adversiting - which is illegal)

fake do not buy

I ordered a Roblox toy specifically (Roblox Classics Series 2 - Twelve Pack) and it was delivered. When I opened it there was NO CODE. I emailed them and they said they would provide me a code in the next week. It has been over a month and still no code. I did my research and it turns out the toy was FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid This Company

They falsely advertise items such as the Nintendo Switch Pro controller as though they are official and sell cheap Chinese knock-offs. An absolute disgrace.

Roblox Code Missing

I ordered a set of roblox figures which were suppose to come with a code for an in-game character. I received the figures but not the code. They promised to send the code l. I have been following up for the code since September 2022 and still no code. Now they just ignore my emails.
