The return was sorted out without hassle, and the response was prompt and professional. I also found the site easy to browse, with editions shown clearly, which made comparing physical releases straightforward. The prices seemed fair too, and the damaged item issue did not become a drawn-out process.
Ordine effettuato il 29/09, mi arriva l’e-mail di conferma, il 14/10 mando un e-mail per chiedere informazioni visto che non avevo più avuto aggiornamenti e trovavo il tutto assurdo su un ordine da quasi 500 euro oltretutto.. Morale della favola? Siamo al 20/09 e non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta, questa è la mia prima esperienza con Fan Factory, non so che dire se non che sono deluso.
The discs arrived ahead of schedule, and I was pleased with how much variety there was for the price. One title was completely new to me, which made the order feel like a fun find rather than just another addition to the shelf. Everything was in excellent condition.
I ordered a package that was due to arrive by September 2nd. When it didn't show up, I contacted the shop on September 8th and was told the package had been sent back to them, that a new order would be placed, and that I'd get a new tracking number shortly. That was on September 11th. Since then, not even a short update or clarification, nothing at all. I followed up again on September 18th and once more a few days later, with no response either time. It's now been over two weeks since I last heard anything from them, and nearly a month since the original delivery date. The total silence whenever I ask for an update has been genuinely frustrating and not the experience I was hoping for as a new customer.
The packaging was seriously protective, and the disc arrived spotless 😊
Sklep w żaden sposób nie informuje o brakujących pozycjach w zamówieniu. Trzeba samemu się dopytywać o co chodzi. Raczej nie polecam, szczególnie jeśli się "nagrzejecie" na jakiś przedmiot, by finalnie go nie otrzymać. Edit. Zabawnie, że tutaj są w stanie raczyć na odpowiedź, ale na mailu już niekoniecznie :D
I’ve bought 4 fantastic DVDs for a song (one of which was a series I had never heard before). The package arrived before than expected and the items in pristine condition. Recommended!
Great shop for buying physical media. The shipping is excellent, perfectly protected with a lot of bubble wrap. The prices are way better compared to the german versions most of the time and a lot of the discs do have german audio, so that's a plus for me as well.
Esperienza molto positiva. Pacco imballato in modo impeccabile, articoli perfetti e immacolati. Spendo solo due parole su UPS, il vettore incaricato della consegna, che considero il peggiore e il più vergognoso in assoluto insieme a BRT: consegna prevista a domicilio e, come spesso accade quando non c’è Amazon di mezzo e quindi non c'é è la paura di perdere il cliente top, la solita scusa dell’“impossibilità di consegnare”, per poi scaricare il pacco al primo access point disponibile. Un comportamento purtroppo ricorrente e inaccettabile. Per il resto, nulla da dire: Fan Factory al top, assolutamente consigliato.
