Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were pleased with their purchases, although the overall picture is mixed. Many praise the appearance and quality of the swords and other collectibles, especially for the price. Reviewers also describe quick delivery and helpful service, including advice and assistance when orders need to be changed or products arrive damaged. Some customers say their items arrived well packed and earlier than expected....
However, some customers report delayed or missing orders, difficulty getting replies, and refunds that took too long or did not arrive. Others mention damaged or poorly finished items, or differences between what they expected and what was delivered.

What a relief to have someone deal with the stock issue sensibly. The replacement was a step up, and the reply made the whole thing feel straightforward rather than frustrating. It arrived promptly after dispatch, and the item itself has been great. Helpful service made the difference here.
Great experience. Good price, and fast delivery. Highly recommended. A++++++
The hammer and stand turned out to be a satisfying display piece. The hammer has more heft than I pictured, which caught me off guard at first, but that has become part of the appeal. I like having it set out, and the stand makes it feel like a proper piece rather than something tucked away. It has a strong presence without needing a long explanation. I’m pleased with the purchase; the weight was a surprise, but a good one, and it looks just right on display.
Really pleased - the sword arrived well packed and looks even better than expected. The quality feels excellent for the price.
An absolute brilliant company and Denis what fantastic customer support the transaction was smooth one item wasn't Instock so a replacement was send the replacement being a bit higher value arrived next day after dispatch swords are absolutely awesome
I bought a hand forged Katana. The sword arrived a day earlier than expected and was well packaged. The sword has exceeded my expectations regarding the quality, and their dedication to excellent customer service was first class. Shout out to Denis for the help and advice. 100% recommend this shop and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
I bought a replica Red Queen sword from the website and received a fantastic quality weapon. It arrived slightly bent but thats due to Evri being a terrible delivery company and a little bit of bending and it was as good as anything else. Would recommend.
Now here's a blast from the past. I bought a replica lotr Anduril from these people many years ago. From memory it took ages to arrive and when it turned up it was clearly sold under false advertising as it appeared that they used the United cutlery photo to sell it. The sword was sub par with no inscriptions on the blade and no wall plaque. From a distance it displays okay so not all was lost. Doubt I'd ever buy from them again due to dubious advertising.
my new thor hammer and stand is great and a little heavier then i though it was going to be but i am really happy and impressed
I brought the Hand Forged Katana Sword and very pleased with it too. A great website for anyone into film collectables. Will be checking out what else i can buy, Great Service Thanks guys. Mick
