The Fallout box included Sesame Street items after they ran out of the themed stock, so it felt nothing like I expected. A beanie was the only part I liked; the rest seemed poorly made, and the whole purchase left me pretty frustrated. I wouldn't recommend it.

Scam. I paid up front for a year’s subscription. What a bunch of trash. It’s like they sent their employees out to the dollar store clearance shelf and said, “get stupid stuff and put it in a box.” Pencils? Stickers? Straws? WTH. They are in way over their heads and I’m thinking they’ll be in bankruptcy by the end of the year.
The website makes it look like you’re going to atleast get your money worth, you don’t. I didn’t want to believe the internet because I finally could afford to give my gf and I something cool every month, instead I was given a huge let down. I feel like I was scammed. It hurt more than it should have when I got home to find my loot bag , not crate… bag. I sent an email and they don’t care at all. The words they replied with are just words no action. This company will fade away. Once a cool idea now either a greed or a burden. The world needed a loot crate and now we have a poo crate. Thanks for taking my money and repaying me with a sad day.
If I could give this a zero I would. I got the Fallout box last year for my husband, and it was a gigantic waste of money. We got two boxes that were Fallout 76 themed, and the quality was absolute garbage. The coolest thing we got was a beanie. They "ran out" of Fallout boxes (mind you I ordered this months in advance) and sent SESAME STREET items instead. The customer service is like the blind leading the blind. They know they're ripping us off. Don't waste your time or money on this disgusting company.
Scammers, not going to pay $6.00 for everything when I can get it cheaper at another store. So unorganized, I don't mind looking through bins but it was ridiculous. You didn't know who were customers and who were Employees.
Do not use this company!! I’m waiting for a wizarding box that I’ve paid for but never received. When I contact customer service they say sorry it’s late, it’ll be shipped soon and have been given dates that have been & gone. They completely ignore my request for a refund. Steer clear!!!!
Console commandée et reçue dans les temps mais ne fonctionne pas suivant leurs conditions générales ( renvoie possible sous 60jours) je leurs ai écrit sur WhatsApp et par mail mais pas de retour mauvaise gestion ce sont des arnaqueurs pour preuve iOS mentionnent le renvoie possible mais aucunes explications ou bon de retour sur leurs site et personne ne vous répond j'irai au bout pour que cela s'arrête
