Winning a bottle was a lovely surprise, and the follow-up was just as reassuring. I was told about it promptly, then it turned up safely packed with everything in good shape. The whole handoff felt considered rather than hurried, which mattered with a bottle I was excited to add to my collection.
If you like Whisky and like me feel a little trapped with what Tesco has on offer, just give this a go.. In just under 2 weeks I've won 5 bottles, bottles that you just don't see in the supermarkets on the clubcard! Most bottles I've won are valued around £100! One of which is valued at £270!! I came across Highland Vaults scrolling on twitter as I was sat in a pub, "Win this bottle of Dalmore 18 for £2.50" So looking across at the lukewarm, flat pint of Carling that I'd just paid £3.20 for I thought it was a good deal! That night unfortunately I didn't have any luck but the next day, the flood gates opened!! Tickets for the daily draws range from £1 to £4 and in some cases depending on the price of the bottle it can be more but we are talking about a very, very expensive bottle! On one occasion I was stood in the queue to clock out at work when the text message came through "Congratulations Gavin. Your ticket won the Highland Park Harald. This will be shipped tomorrow via Royal Mail track 24. Thank you for using Highland Vaults" ohh what a feeling after a garbage shift!! 4 bottles later my mates ask me "You gonna win another distillery tonight pal?"

I’ve won 3 competitions with Highland Vault, in total I’ve received 16 bottles from them, I have won the whisky for a year receiving 12 bottles, 2 instant wins, macallan fresh coconut and the magnificent macallan 25 year old. They contacted me what felt like instantly to make me aware and arrange delivery which all arrived within 2-3 days from winning. I can’t highlight enough how great these people are and can’t thank them enough for being so quick with the turnaround.
Honestly, rather pleased with how clear the draw info is; the limited ticket numbers make the odds feel less murky, and entering was simple. Definately a nice change.

I’ve won a few times with Highland Vault. It’s exciting to win top whiskies which are usually priced out of my budget. The whisky arrives a few days later. Well packed so no damage to the boxes or whisky.

These guys are the real deal, I’ve had multiple wins and every time the communication has been spot on, and wins have been delivered rapidly! I even won a cask of aged Whisky and the transfer has been seamless, they have also helped in advising me with it but ultimately have been nothing but supportive.
