No Dice (and no communication)

I paid for some products several weeks ago. I don't have my items, and I've heard nothing. After two weeks went by with no update I emailed to check on progress on the order. I understand if something gets lost in the system, I just want to know what's going on. I've had no response to my emails either, which is very poor. Two stars, because I've used DnDice before and there were no issues previously - it's all fine when things are going right. Being stuck in limbo as a customer is no fun, though.

Never got my order

Never got my order. Customer service tells me they don't know what happened and they'll send it again with a tracking number that day. And once again nothing, no tracking number, no shipping announcement, no order. Tried to contact them multiple times and no response whatsoever. Absolutely avoid this company.
