An excellent experience

An excellent experience. Ordering and payment easy to use. When item had not arrived and tracking showed still waiting Lucy was extremely helpful in sorting out the problem. Alternative arrangements made as original order could not be fulfilled due to being out of stock. Then followed up with further information that original order was available after all. Lucy was brilliant at communicating and ensuring that the order was fulfilled. The drawstring bag and dice received are brilliant quality. Definitely shopping here again! Thank you.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I recently needed to cancel an order so I could combine it with a larger order and avoid paying for two international shipments to California. The Dice Shop Online responded quickly and was very accommodating with my cancellation request. I really appreciate how easy they made the process. Their responsiveness and willingness to work with me made a great impression, and I’ll definitely be placing a larger order with them soon. Highly recommended for their excellent customer service!

The dice shop my 1star review

The dice shop my 1star review This base on communication I have with company after being told my Oder had technical glitch. I e-mail them on 9/9. And did not get response until the 17th and then responded with simple reply on say day, which should take few minutes to get answer to Sent chasing up on e-mail 24th. Which time of writing I am still waiting on reply.

An Excellent Company to buy from

i started playing D&D when i was 17, I'm now 63, so class myself as an experienced roleplayer, recently started playing again after being a forever DM and decided i needed special dice sets to suit each of my 2 separate character , I found a set i liked on this website and they arrived in a few days, very happy with the quality I ordered another set the same, and two D6s , so i had 4 in total ( for character creation. when they arrived i ordered 2 lots of a different set, 2 spare D6 and a D8 that was required. I love the fact you can buy single dice as needed instead of having to buy a complete set, Now ive discovered the ArcKnight scenery set, perfect for the games i run as GM. Hightly Recommended and excellent communication and service
