Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were dissatisfied with the overall experience. A few reviewers praised the writing, illustrations, paper, and binding of the Legendary Kingdoms books. Some also described a positive experience with Level Up products, including prompt dispatch, helpful responses, and an item that met expectations....
Reviewers repeatedly report Kickstarter and preorder items, especially Dragon Eye dice, arriving years late or never arriving, sometimes without refunds. Many also describe sparse updates and unanswered messages, while reviewers who received dice frequently criticize their alignment, shape, balance, or resin quality. Other complaints include delayed website orders and slow resolution of billing or delivery problems.

Really disappointing. The dice I received missed the centered-eye detail that was supposed to make them special. I tried to get the problem addressed, but the replies tapered off. A product with that much attention on one visual feature needed better quality checks and follow-through from the start.
The dice arrived with off-center eyes, and my message about the quality issue eventually went unanswered.
They talk a big game, but it's all lip service. They're really bad at managing quality, delivery, and their own accountability. Jon Lunn and all of the staff that have worked at Spudermind are at best, cheats and liars; at worst, very capable scam artists.
Awful experience - the dice never arrived, and messages eventually stopped getting replies. I would avoid ordering.
Supported this company as a kickstarter. They promised to fix issues and get people their products but just cut their communication and scammed 1000's of people. Criminals and fraudulent business practices, do not trust them.
Never fulfilled on a very successful kickstarter. Scam artists
I ordered Dragoneye dice through Kickstarter for around $300 in 2021 and the dice were never delivered. Spidermind games has not responded to me or the other few thousand people that ordered the dice. Do not purchase anything from spidermind games as they seem to be crooked.
I would give a negative number if I could. I was part of a kickstarter for Dragon Eye Dice that completed for millions and they shut it down after "quality control issues" and literally THOUSANDS of backers, including myself never got a single set of dice... Fraudsters to the max. They took the money and ran. NEVER do business with these scam artists!!!
I was one of the apparently few people these scammers actually fulfilled on their Dragon Eye Dice Kickstarter. However the quality of the product was very poor. Their much-hyped process to centre the 'dragon eye' straight in the middle of the die facing out of the high number had failed miserably to work and when I contacted them to correct this issue, their replies abruptly petered out. Do not trust this company, do not give this company money, do not believe their lies.
Frauds. Dragon Eye Dice was a scam with years of radio silence.
