Really pleased with the exchange rate; that was the main thing I was comparing. The swap itself was straightforward, and the chat stayed clear without turning into a whole back-and-forth. I got what I needed and didn't have to fuss over the process. Would recommend for swapping.
The trade went through, and the clear updates made the process feel REASSURING instead of uncertain.
the option to do the swap in stages made me more comfortable, and the rate seemed fair.
