How quickly do orders arrive?

Experiences vary. Many satisfied reviewers describe delivery within an hour or a few hours, while others report long delays, shifting estimates, or orders that never arrived.

Are requested items always in stock?

Not according to every reviewer. Some describe being told after ordering that stock was unavailable, with delivery delayed or the order not completed. Others report receiving an order after a short wait.

Do customers receive their full orders?

Some reviewers say their purchases arrived as expected, but others describe missing or partial deliveries and difficulty getting the issue resolved.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Some praise staff as helpful and responsive through live chat or email. Other customers report unanswered messages, long waits, or difficulty getting help with an incomplete order.

Have buyers been asked to provide identity or payment-card photos?

Some reviewers say they were asked for identity documents or photos of a payment card during a purchase. These are individual reports, and the reviews do not establish that every buyer is asked.

How have refund requests been handled?

Experiences differ. One reviewer said they recovered payment through a card dispute, while others said a promised refund was delayed or that they received no response to follow-up messages.

What kinds of game products do reviewers mention?

Reviews mention in-game gold or credits, items and armor, mounts, and power-leveling services across several games.

Nothing came through

No delivery, no reply. The order never arrived, and I couldn't get a response. Pretty frustrating 😕

Too much to ask

Pretty uneasy about being asked for ID and personal details over a game purchase. That felt like far too much risk.

I tried to buy some WOW gold through…

I tried to buy some WOW gold through Guy4game's service. I have bought currency in the past for other major MMOs and had no issues with other similar vendors. The order was never fulfilled and they started requesting a copy of my driver's license and physical photos of the credit card. Reading online, this opens me up to far greater danger than trusting them with a small purchase. If only I had reviewed they're extremely low Trustpilot score, prior to trying to make a purchase through guy4game.com. Feels more like a scam than a valid digital purchase.
