Fast, but underpacked

A bit of a letdown... the game got here quickly, but it was packed with very little protection, so the case could easily have been damaged on the way. Mine arrived intact, thankfully. I appreciated the speedy delivery, though a bit more care around the item would have made me feel better about the whole thing.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, uses dynamic pricing. If you whant to pay overprice and get rude e-mails when you ask questions then this is your shop otherwise stay far away. The products i was intrested in was pokemon TCG

Fast Delivery, Terrible Packaging

Fast delivery, but terrible packaging. The game arrived quickly and completely sealed, but shipping a physical game in a plain paper envelope without any bubble wrap is highly risky. I got lucky that the case and disc weren't crushed or cracked during transit.

I have been long-term customer. Customer service is fast (they replaying very fast usually same day when you write to them). My resent experience was good (i ordered a used game from them and when game arrived i noticed that game didn't work. After communication they sent new(used) game for me). Thank you for good and helpful service 😊🌞

Aluksi valikoimaan kuului kaikkea antikvariaatteihin kuuluvaa, mutta vähitellen toiminta siirtyi kokonaan videopelien kiehtovaan maailmaan. Toiminta kasvoi kovaa vauhtia ja niinpä VPD lanseerasi ensimmäisten joukossa Suomessa verkkokaupan, jossa myytiin videopelejä sekä oheistarvikkeita. Pelkkään VPD:n omaan varastolistaukseen perustunut sivusto oli käytössä aina nykyiseen verkkokauppaan saakka, ja se saavutti vuosien aikana tuhansien tyytyväisten asiakkaiden joukon. Vuoden 2006 maaliskuussa vanha omistaja myi VPD:n uusille omistajille. Tämän seurauksena verkkokauppa sekä liike uudistettiin täysin. Uusien omistajien myötä liikkeen valikoima uudistui PC-peleillä sekä tarvikevalikoimaa laajennettiin. Vuosina 2008 ja 2010 Suomen peliohjelmisto- ja multimediayhdistys FIGMA ry palkitsi VPD:n vuoden pelikauppana. Palkinnon perusteina olivat työ Suomalaisen pelialan sekä oman toiminnan kehittäminen.Toinen suuri verkkokauppauudistus tehtiin vuonna 2014. Viimeisin verkkokauppa on avattu vuonna 2019. Viimeisimpien vuosien aikan olemme laajentaneet valikoimaamme valtavasti tuomalla myyntiin viihde-elektroniikkaa, puhelimia, tietokoneita, ladattavia tuotteita sekä paljon muuta.
