Tout est envoyé au compte goûte mais surtout le service commercial est inexistant ! Vous avez beau écrire, écrire mais ils ne répondent jamais !!! C'est honteux... De plus cette société applique une TVA en fonction de l'adresse du pays dans lequel l'acheteur provient ! La règle n'est pas celle-ci en droit, ils doivent appliquer la TVA du pays expéditeurs de la marchandise. Alors que nous sommes professionnels et possédons un numéro de TVA INTRACOMMUNAUTAIRE parfaitement en règle avec la législation Européenne. La loi sur la TVA INTRACOMMUNAUTAIRE est claire pour tout le monde, lorsqu'une société possède un numéro de TVA INTRA, si la société en fait la demande, que son identité est authentique, le vendeur doit obligatoirement lui rembourser le montant de TVA perçu à la commande. Nous faisons, depuis 10 ans que notre société existe des dizaines de transactions à travers le monde tous les mois, TRAK RACER est la seule à avoir refuser de nous rembourser cette TVA (autour de 500 €) sans aucun motif juridique viable. Nous avons beau leur avoir écris des dizaines de mails ils ne nous ont répondu qu'une seule fois pour nous dire seulement : NON. Inadmissible... à fuir ceux sont des voleurs.

terrible customer service.

when its good its good. i ordered a rig off them. it took awhile to come but it came eventually. but then i made a second order for pedals and this order was a disaster. they marked the item as shipped 1 day after receiving the order which i found odd. but didnt think anything of it. then after 10 days the tracking didnt update still showed fedex didnt receive it so i contacted trak racer. worst experience ever. for 4 days i got someone saying ill look into it. then he goes ghost for 4 days then when i threaten to charge back i get a response saying. oh we will resend the item. i asked what happened the first time. they said the item was handed to the courier but it got lost in between transit. which is weird becasue when fedex picks up packages they usually scan it right away to avoid these types of problems. the employee said he'd contact me with updates the next day. it is the end of the next day and theyre ghosting me again. Update : trak racer contacted me on discord after i left a message there. After asking me to dm him. He has not responded for 48 hours. I requested a refund but they dispatched another item instead of refunding me, and they only decided to dispatch after I sent the refund request .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Paid in Full, No Updates, No Response!

I am extremely disappointed with Trak Racer and their absolutely unacceptable customer service! On September 7, I ordered a complete racing simulator and paid the full amount upfront. More than two weeks later, I still have absolutely no idea what is happening with my order. I have contacted their support team THREE TIMES, asking for a simple update on my order status and an estimated delivery date. Not a single response! For a company selling expensive sim racing equipment, this level of communication is simply unacceptable. They were quick to take my money, but apparently, keeping customers informed or responding to their concerns is too much to ask. I was genuinely excited about receiving my new racing simulator, but that excitement has turned into complete frustration and disappointment. No shipping information. No delivery estimate. No response to three support requests. Absolutely nothing! I don't expect miracles. I simply expect basic customer service and transparency when spending a significant amount of money. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether ordering from Trak Racer was a huge mistake. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Trak Racer. If you are considering placing an expensive order with them, be aware that you might end up waiting without any information or support. Trak Racer, this is NOT how you treat paying customers! One star – and only because zero stars isn't an option.

TERRIBLY slow shipping and service

The shipping and delivery are TERRIBLE. Took more than 10 days JUST TO SHIP MY ORDER that was IN STOCK. Will never be buying there again. The response from them is always that they have an "exceptionally" increased number of orders, but I ordered once in June, and once in September, and they had the exact same warning (in reality, and excuse) about the shipping times taking "longer than usual" in the automated confirmation email.

Placed two orders, one arrived missing half the items and the other never arrived. Refunded one order after many, many emails but not the second one. Having to claim through my bank but even now customer service are still fighting me. It's for a pathetic £19 lol If this is how petty they are, don't give them your custom. I've switched to another company now.
