Looking at 53 reviews, almost all reviewers describe a very positive overall experience. Many appreciate the extensive selection of games and systems, including titles they remember from earlier years. Reviewers frequently praise the straightforward menus and setup, solid construction, and smooth performance across many games. Customers also often highlight helpful support and prompt delivery....
However, a few reviewers mention occasional game-specific bugs or extra configuration, especially for display settings and light-gun calibration. Some note that the system costs more than cheaper alternatives, and one reviewer found the supplied controller's analog sticks imprecise.

Really pleased with how steadily the games run. Older arcade favourites feel responsive, and the more demanding systems have handled well in my sessions too. It makes dipping into games from different eras feel effortless, rather than turning an evening into setup and troubleshooting. A solid bit of kit for actually playing.
that arcade soundtrack... scrolling through the old systems brings back a lot, and the menu makes it easy to stumble onto favourites.
Absolutely brilliant build, everything running at full frames right up to the highest spec console and the lightgun support is fantastic. Champ Manager is a great wee bonus too I wasnt expecting
Amazing machine, took me back to all the games I played growing up! Great value for money and excellent customer service from the team at Retropia. I’d highly recommend this to fans of retro games and those who have a nostalgia for the golden era of computer and console games. The choice to buy the Retroboss is easy! The hard part is deciding what to play given its huge list of computer and console games. That’s a nice problem to have.
My problems was all sorted out they are fantastic thank you😁
I’m really pleased with my console. Setup was straightforward, the menus are easy to use, and the huge selection gives me plenty to explore. The build feels solid and the games run smoothly. I also appreciated the quick, helpful support when I had a question. It arrived promptly and has already provided us with hours of fun.
Excellent service! Customer service is 5*, had a small issue with the product when originally purchased and emailed got a response instantly. Sent for a upgrade and received back in 3 days! Thank you so much!!!
I don't know what else to say! Outstanding machines! These guys back up everything with great customer service, always helpful and nothin is ever too much trouble no matter how small your enquiry. They are genuine and really good at what they do. Thanks Guys!
Excellent company and the product was great. Superb customer service all the way through and very quickly delivered to me.
I was surprised at how well this item is put together, the seller was responsive answered any questions and was willing to add more games. I saw the add on facebook and was dubious about the item as some are scams. There’s no lagging in games, I would recommend getting the light bar for the switch games and the gun. Even the controllers felt good condition and very responsive, good little company keep it up. Just one recommendation you put the whole PS2 UK library on a separate hard drive as some kind of add on option, which would be plug in and play. I would recommend this for any person wanting to reminisce and play childhood games.
