A good first go

The update helped

A pleasant surprise: my parcel took a little longer than expected, but the support team answered quickly and kept me in the loop. It arrived safely packed, so the small delay wasn't a big deal in the end. I appreciated having a clear update while waiting. I'd happily rate the experience highly 🙂

Couldn’t fulfil an order

Couldn’t fulfil an order. Was told refund was ok. 10 days later and still chasing the refund. Lots of emails sent and excuse after excuse. They are not interested at all. Scalpers- avoid!

Refusal to help!

Bought off of their TikTok live hp challenge and a few rip til you hits. Changed my delivery preferences to my garage as I was out when it was due. The driver left it on my doorstep and by the time my brother in law got there (10-15mins later) it was gone. We checked with our neighbours and no one has seen it. I’ve reached out to total cards multiple times for help only to be ignored. TikTok refused to help as it was delivered to my address, they don’t care it went missing. I’m now having to wait for my bank to investigate and hopefully I get my money back! Customer service is a joke with this company. If you have any issues after purchasing then good luck getting help!
