A confirmation email was all I heard after ordering, and there was no useful update when the item still hadn't turned up. I had to chase it myself, then seek a cancellation and refund. The low price looked tempting, but being left guessing made the whole purchase a bad experience.

FAST delivery made this a good buy. The game arrived sooner than expected, was well packed, and cost less than other sellers I checked. After 3 weeks of silence, was told they still hadn't received my item from their main warehouse. Had to go through PayPal for a cancel and refund. Awful communication from this awful company. Avoid.
I ordered some games for Christmas about half way through December. One item arrived about a week later. I chased the others up but they didn’t arrive December or by start of Jan. I was told I could have a refund but that took a while too. I was disappointed as the games looked great. This company has huge potential to be very popular but something isn’t right and they are letting themselves down .
I should have read the reviews before I ordered! I ordered an item on 2nd January and still haven't had any communication beyond the confirmation email and it's now 10days later. 365 games were the cheapest by far for item I ordered - is this because they dont actually send you anything?! 365 games- when will my item arrive??
I was familiar with this supplier from major gaming conventions and therefore trusted them. I ordered a regularly available board game at the start of December, with a stated delivery time of 2 to 3 days. After 10 days with no delivery, I contacted them and was told there was a delay due to an issue with stock at their overflow warehouse. When I later checked Trustpilot, I noticed the same explanation had been given to other customers for over six months, which suggests ongoing internal issues rather than a one-off problem. After waiting another week, I requested a refund, which they did process promptly. Cannot recommend them, and will not be using them at future conventions.
Do not use this company! I placed an order for a Christmas gift (for my 8 year old nephew from his grandparents), on 10th Dec. After not receiving any information re delivery, I contacted them on 12th Dec. They replied on 15th to say they were confident the gift would be despatched on 19th. Guess what, on 18th - they sent an email stating they were out of stock and there would be no delivery. Their reply stated there was a statement on their confirmation email about lead times, but there was not. Yes they refunded (although I'm still out of pocket re the postage charge as they did not refund that). But that's not the point. This is such a bad way to run a business. A young boy will now not get the present he really wanted from his grandparents. Shame on you. It seems I am not the only angry and disappointed person here - I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
