How long does delivery take?

Many reviewers describe delivery as quick, but timing varies. Some report waits of a couple of hours, and one reviewer said an order took over eight hours. A reviewer also described waiting longer after being told the order was ready.

What is the item handoff process like?

Reviews describe following delivery instructions and arranging an in-game handoff. One Arc Raiders customer described coordinating through Discord and joining a game party to receive items. The exact steps may differ by order.

Are the instructions easy to follow?

Several reviewers found the instructions clear and straightforward, while a few said they were unclear or needed help understanding what to do. Experiences differ, so check the order details and ask for guidance if needed.

What happens if an order is delayed or something goes wrong?

Some reviewers say support communicated clearly and helped resolve delivery hiccups. One customer described a wrong item being corrected, while others mention that a delay required patience. These are individual experiences, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Will I receive exactly the item I expected?

Many reviewers say their orders arrived as expected. A few report a mix-up or an item being unavailable, and one reviewer realized a purchase did not include an upgrade they had assumed was included. Check the item description carefully.

What games do reviewers mention?

Reviews mention purchases related to Arc Raiders and Path of Exile 2, as well as orders for other games. The reviews do not establish a complete list of available games.

Cool service

Cool service. I was concerned about account privacy during purchased item transfers, but these guys have a slick way of getting you the stuff you bought using discord, order numbers, and gamertags only. A helper player invited me to their Arc Raiders party and had my items with them. One quick raid, they dropped my stuff, and led me to an extract. Whole thing took about a minute. Great service, will use again. Friendly, fast, and responsive Discord too.

Help through the slower patch

A slower patch, now and then. When my delivery took longer than expected, support was quick to respond and made sure I still got what I needed. I appreciated that they didn't leave me guessing, and their replies were clear without making a small delay into a big hassle. The timing can be uneven, so I wouldn't call it instant every time, but the helpful handling mattered more to me than a perfectly smooth run. There was a little patience required, but the follow-through felt considerate, and that left me with a good impression.

It went well

It went well. Overall worked as intended. One small hiccup was. I was told my order was ready but then I had to wait another hour until I got it.
