How quickly are orders delivered?

Delivery times vary. Some reviewers describe receiving orders within minutes or a few hours, while others report waits of several hours or about a day. Some say their orders were delayed substantially or never arrived.

Is the ordering process easy?

Some reviewers found buying straightforward and completion quick, and one said online chat answered their questions. Experiences are not uniform, with other reviewers describing problems after placing or paying for an order.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Some describe staff as friendly and helpful, including assistance during an order. Others report vague updates, unanswered messages, or difficulty reaching support when an order was delayed or missing.

Are the prices considered reasonable?

Some reviewers describe the prices as good or reasonable, including one who compared them favorably with other vendors. Price comments are less common than feedback about delivery speed.

Do orders always arrive as expected?

No. Many reviewers report successful deliveries, but some say an order arrived late or did not arrive. A few also describe receiving an order marked completed without having the item, or receiving the wrong item.

What happens if an item is wrong?

One reviewer said a wrong item was corrected within minutes. The reviews do not provide enough examples to establish how consistently order mistakes are resolved.

Do reviewers report payment or refund issues?

Some do. Reviews describe payments followed by cancellation notices, difficulty confirming a refund, or waiting for money back. Another reviewer said a refund was processed quickly after a delayed order, so experiences differ.

A friendly touch

A friendly touch. The wait was longer than I hoped, but the people were nice and it still turned into a good experience.

Less time farming

A relief to skip the currency grind; I've used this service over several leagues, and it's let me enjoy the game without farming everything myself.
