I have spent more than 12 hours trying to get help from your support team, and I have only managed to get a response once. The support agent I spoke to could barely communicate properly in English and refused to cancel my order, even though I no longer wanted it after having to sit and wait for six hours that evening. Now I am trying to get my order anyway, but once again, nobody is responding. I have spent two days trying to get this resolved and still haven’t had any luck. This level of customer support is completely unacceptable. It's been more than 24 hours my order wasn't completed yet also the customer support name as anya live agent didn't reply on anytime also i have email no reply from there also. I can't track my order status whether it is on pending or processing on history it only shows of payment has been paid. I bought gta 5 money. I think it's a scam website none if customer support will response you. Think it 100 times before buying anything from this type if website. Still waiting on my order, I've spoken to ANYA!!!! so many times, all I get told is my oder will complete in 8 hours, after 8 hours they tell me it will complete in 10 hours, and would you believe after I went back in 10 hours, they told me it will complete in 12 hours. dont let the fake reviews fool you bought something and the customer support anya who i hate said they didnt get it even tho i showed them the transaction succesful and my bank statement that they took the money from my card been a month or 2 still didnt get a refund or my product. scammers
