How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe fast or prompt delivery, and some say their purchases arrived as expected. Others report waiting without receiving an order, so experiences are not consistent.

Are sellers responsive and reliable?

Some reviewers describe sellers as trustworthy, friendly, and quick. Others report sellers not replying, or problems with purchased accounts or items. The reviews reflect varied seller experiences.

What if an order does not arrive or a seller stops responding?

Some reviewers say they contacted support about missing orders or unresponsive sellers, with mixed results. Reports include both helpful support and unanswered messages, so the reviews do not point to a consistent resolution experience.

How responsive is customer support?

Reviews are divided. Some customers praise helpful or fast replies, while others say they received no response to emails or tickets, particularly when raising payment or account problems.

Can I get a refund if there is a problem with an order or payment?

Reviewers report different outcomes. Some describe difficulty getting money back or resolving missing credits, while one customer says they eventually received a full refund after following up. These accounts do not establish a consistent outcome.

Do reviewers report account bans or restrictions after purchases?

Yes. Some reviewers say they were banned or had trading restricted after buying game currency or accounts. The reviews describe individual experiences and do not establish why the restrictions occurred.

Is there a good selection, and are prices reasonable?

Some reviewers say they found what they wanted, describe a broad selection, or consider prices acceptable. Others focus on unsuccessful purchases, so these positive reports do not guarantee a particular listing or price.

Trading without a fuss

The site has been useful for game trading, and delivery was quick on my purchase. That was really all I needed.

refund came through

the refund took some back and forth, and it wasn't instant, but i did get the money returned in the end. that mattered more to me than the delay. i'd have preferred a quicker response, though the issue was eventually sorted out. it left me feeling better about the outcome than i expected.

Saw a stolen account of mine on the website and added funds to buy it back, the account then got force closed but I still had my money sent to them and asked for a refund. My bank refused the payment back and I went back and forth with the owner and eventually got all the money I sent back. May sometimes be slow but 100% not a scammy business.
