I have used this app for a long time and never had a problem but I claimed my reward this time the app was bing wierd. First I was trying to claim $100 PayPal card and it told me they were out of stock so I earned enough to claim $125 dollars and all of a sudden that was out of stock also so I made a couple purchases and got enough to claim $150 and I claimed it. The email always says hang tight it will be1-2 business days. I never had a problem before but this time I never received my reward. I claimed it on Wednesday March 19th so and Friday would have been 2 business days it’s now March 29th. I have waited well over the 2 days it usually takes. I am a loyal user of the Richie app and in fact I have told many friends to get it. I spent my time and hard earned money with your company and deserve to get what I earned. This is a disgrace and I will never use this service again unless I get what I have earned. Your company makes millions off of us normal people and you should hold up to your end of the deal
