A lively little race

That race to match the card gets surprisingly COMPETITIVE; the kids are often quicker than the adults, and it makes for a fun time together.

Hidden Subscription Trap SCAM by The UZZLE Company

Hidden Subscription Trap SCAM by The Uzzle Co We ordered ONE specific product - but Uzzle then places us on a "Free" Trial membership. Uzzle Games Support then actually emails us: "Your August 16, 2026 order came with Blockwork on a free trial along side The Uzzle, and that trial started an Uzzle Club Membership, with the terms shown during checkout." "The Membership then sends us a Club Box containing 3 more puzzles AND charges $63.72 as well as billing us for Membership fees !!!??!! It is infuriating to blame ME for not noticing on my checkout that charges I NEVER requested were added BY UZZLE to my bill !!?? In fact, I believe this SCAM maneuver is ILLEGAL in Texas !

My grandkids and kids love the puzzles!!

My grandkids and kids love the puzzles, and I will be buying more. I did have an issue with unknowingly signing up for a monthly subscription, but their customer service canceled it for me without any issues or delays. I was highly impressed with how quickly they responded and how fast they corrected the issue. Good customer service is rare these days, especially with online companies, but this one is stellar. The puzzles have entertained my grands and the whole family! It sure beats screen time!

Different ability levels

The cards have different levels of ability which makes it fairer to play with a wide range of abilities. Young kids can choose an easier level to start with adults choosing more challenging ones. It won’t be long before that may be reversed!

FRAUD

FRAUD, you think you are buying a game and then low and behold you notice in your shop ap that you have a subscription. Nowhere in their payment screen does it say you are signing up for a subscription. Then you are glad you are in the 30 day window, but they wont let you cancel there. So you go to their website which wants you to login to a customer portal you do not or have ever set up. It says it will email you a link to set up your account but then they dont send it to you. And if you DONT cancel within the window....then you get sent more games and cant get refunded and if you want to send the game back they charge you to return it. There is no physical location just a PO box, and no phone number, so they basically can be held accountable. They remove/block any comments from people noting its a scam in social media. Horrible Company!!!!

Am anxious to play with my granddaughter. Thought we had a delivery issue. Follow up from Uzzle was fantastic and thorough and problem solved. I could not be more pleased with customer service

Forced me to take a “free” trial

Forced me to take a “free” trial. I did not ask for it, then they charged me $33 for it. I did not ask for it or want it; it just was shipped out. Now I have to ship it back or end up paying $33 for it. It’s very predatory and is basically a scam.

The kids did not enjoy the game and…

The kids did not enjoy the game and only played once. Additionally, the very inexpensive game they added at the end was a "trial," and I was just charged another $32.52 and they will not take the unopened game back. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
