Beautiful trip through the years!

Started with doing the edges but soon discovered that it's best to go by color. The puzzle pieces are a perfect tolerance and the difficulty is perfect! Hard enough to take longer but addictive enough to not quit! Thankyou for such a fun trip down memory lane!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I got a message that my order had been delivered, but I never received it (I'm guessing the USPS delivered it to the wrong address or something because I was home at the time it was supposedly delivered). I reached out to the Puzzle Post team, and they responded very quickly and offered to have a replacement sent if I could not locate the missing package. Next time I need a puzzle, this is where I'll go!

Five out of five stars! Wonderful customer service. I absolutely love all of the items in my order – they are just as described. Had a small issue, needed a replacement of something, and the issue was handled swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. I would order again!

Did a pre-order for the Taskmaster…

Did a pre-order for the Taskmaster Advent Calendar over the summer. The Puzzle Post team was absolutely amazing with communicating when/how order were being dispatched throughout the summer & fall. We just received our order and its INCREDIBLE. The gift itself is adorable and looks well thought out. Extra bonus was the gorgeous TM themed gift wrapping that came with it. Will be ordering from them again!!

Attempted to play “ The Betrayal” last night. The whole thing was utterly incomprehensible, one of the most obscure, over priced escape games we have ever played. A complete waste of money.

I cannot fault the customer service…

I cannot fault the customer service with Puzzle Post. I backed a project of theirs on Kickstarter and I received regular updates and the Advent Calendar was dispatched as and when stated and was perfect. I, unfortunately, messed up my order and the lovely team at Puzzle Post bent over backwards to help me sort it out and so quickly too. An absolute pleasure to do business with.
