Excellent service

Excellent service! Wanted to buy several Prank Boxes (used to buy them from Walmart but that source dried up so was having difficulty finding a UK supplier), couldn’t believe my good luck when I found just what I wanted at The Panic Room and at the old Walmart price. TPR kept me updated on my delivery and package came quicker than expected. Will definitely head to this site again for more unusual gifts etc.

BEST ONLINE RETAILER IN THE UK!

This company went above and beyond for me, so I have to say these were the best online retailers I've EVER dealt with. So I purchased a booster box from their eBay account and they kindly directed me to their actual online store. I then proceeded to purchase another booster box but a different set from their website because A) It was the cheapest ANYWHERE and B) Because it was the last one in stock. I then asked for them to pick me the most mint condition boxes as I'm a sealed collector and they then sent me pictures of the boxes before they posted them which made me so much more reassured and I was confident with my purchase, but it gets better. They then took both my eBay order and the website order and combined them together so that they would arrive both at the same time. Sure enough they then arrived the following day together in the most safest form of packaging I've ever seen! I just want to say these guys are underrated and deserve a lot more credit for what they do, they were very responsive, considerate, kind and above all provided me with the best customer service of my life! Will definitely be purchasing again from you soon, 10/10 experience and highly recommended, love you guys!

Great Experience

We used this for a virtual team building event and it was great. Amazing and quick customer service through the chat option on the website and they helped clarify any questions I had. We all had fun and thoroughly enjoyed it and for such a good price. We will definitely be using this again.

Never again!

First time doing anything like this. Really disappointing - no instruction so had to go on chat. None the wiser on the clues when we got the answer hints. Totally meaningless! Maybe the more expensive ones would be better, but I won’t be bothering again.
