Antigamente era muito bom.. o atendimento é era nota 10 hoje parece que ninguém trabalha por lá só recebe email de confirmação mas não é atualizado, cancelei parece estar abandonado

Decepcionado com a empresa

Sou cliente há anos da empresa, porém dessa vez, me decepcionei. Desinteresse em resolver meus problemas, falta de resposta do suporte e ainda estou sem meu dinheiro e sem o jogo comprado. Triste, pois confiava neles de olhos fechados, talvez possa ter mudado a administração da empresa. HOJE, tenho dúvidas de recomendar a empresa, desculpe.
