A refund request, then silence. I asked for my money back after what arrived wasn't the purchase I thought I was making, but getting a clear answer was a struggle. The refund policy gave me some hope; the response left me feeling stuck and out of pocket. Not an experience I'd recommend.
Ugh, I kept getting kicked out while trying to play. What I received was account access rather than the code I expected, and the refund request went nowhere.
It logs me off all the time and I don't get to play the I bought FC 26 and I want to get my money back

Takže moje zkušenost je taková že to jsou jen podvodníci kteří prodávají cizí účty na Xbox gamepass a při podání reklamace ,že tohle jsem si neobjednal ,že jsem chtěl normální kód na zaplacení členství,že toto porušuje podmínky Microsoftu a hrozí blokace účtu i konzole tak mi sice po dohadování odepsali ,že po prošetření zda jsem ten účet nepoužil mi do 14 dnů peníze vrátí na účet a samozřejmě se nic nestalo přišel jsem o dost peněz takže si dávejte bacha jsou to podvodníci z Turecka
Beware. This is a scam!! You do not get anything and the dissatisfied money back promise is not honored. No Xbox or PS games also no working giftcards delivered only hacked other people's accounts! The lady behind the shop calls herself Bella (possibly a man) and runs her scheme from supposingly Durham (UK) but it smells of chinese scammers.
Absolute scammers !! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Take payment and don’t send you what you purchased until you chase. They do not send you the description but send you an account which they ask you to log on from a PC - probably to load your PC with malware and steal your identification. They claim you signed the agreement but ignore that you also signed the refund policy which all eligible criteria has been met yet they still refuse to adhere to their own policy. They ignore your emails, and when they do reply, they actively encourage you to ‘trust’ them in long winding email replies. They sell you shared accounts, complete purchases through Turkey by purchasing in lira (you will know this if you have a chase account) and look to steal your data. Scammers, fraudsters, thieves whatever you want to call them. You have been warned. UPDATE - They sent me an awful email saying because if this review they are cancelling my refund - even though they had no intention and never said they would refund me - then recalled their email so it couldn't be seen again. Professional thieves- how they can get away with this is unbelievable.
I’d rate zero if it were an option! Appalling! Selling links to accounts with multiple users accessing! Refused to refund! Do not buy! I’ve raised a dispute with my bank. Will be leaving reviews daily
Should have come here first. Bought 3 months xbox subscription, or so it was advertised. Was sent another account to log into to have access to gamepass. But on just day 2, I got repeatedly booted when I was gaming. Avoid. Dont waste your money like I did.
