An odd account setup

An odd account setup, right from the start. I expected a game code, but what came through was a separate account with login details and instructions to change its email and password. That made me uneasy, and it was not the straightforward way I wanted to add a game. I also had to spend time figuring out what I had actually bought from the listing. The process may work for some people, but this felt unclear and risky to me, especially when I was looking for a normal key. I wouldn't recommend it.

not what i expected

Works but slow

I ordered a game gift code via Kinguin so i knew i had to go through the process of accepting a friend request. The website itself is clear, however they say it should take about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of no request i contacted support wich told me to wait. In my case it took 50 minutes for the first friend request to show up, It's automated system kept failing to send the gift after that so after a while they send a new request. It took me 7 different friend requests before i finally received my key almost 3h after ordering. So yea it is not a scam but the automated process is horrible. Could've been bad luck with the servers since other people mention it takes them 3-5 minutes to complete the steps.

Good expirience

many people say it takes long for account to arrive but for me it was like 2-3 minutes, how this buisness work is that they just buy a game on steam in indian rupii currency and sell for european people and because games are so cheap in india they are making money. So basically everyone is happy i think :)
