I placed an order for Cricket 24 and…

I placed an order for Cricket 24 and paid ₹737.10 via UPI. The payment was successful, but my order was later cancelled and the game was never delivered. I contacted support multiple times and provided payment proof, but I still did not receive my refund. I have had to raise a complaint with my bank and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend noone should make a purchase from this site.
