I’ve ordered a chair
Update: chair has arrived today, yesterday I got a message reply finally from support. I will update my feedback after unpacking. Old: I’ve ordered a chair, status of my order is shipped on 28th of August (to Belgium), today is the 6th of September, no tracking number was provided and no chair. I’ve left 2 messages and no response, there is no phone number on the site to call and ask for status. Not even email address to send a question. Only message box inside the order which I used to ask for status and tracking number with no reply. Very concerned

220 RS-X should standard have the table clamp
I bought the 220 RS-X steering wheel but the suction cups were insufficient to lock the wheel on a table. Tried different surfaces but none of them worked. These suction cups are of poor quality and too stiff. So inspecting the 220 RS-X there was a space it seems to attach a table screw and indeed on the Subsonic website one could buy a supplemental table screw for about €15 incl. shipping costs. Come on that should be included in the box - standard. Because after purchase we obviously looked forward to use the wheel immediately but had to wait on the delivery of the table clamp whereby we almost thought to bring it back to the shop and get a wheel with a table clamp included. So please include it in every purchase. The wheel itself is great.

SAV inexistant. Il vous balade sans jamais prendre en charge le problème. Une première fois, on vous dit de prendre une vidéo du problème. La deuxième fois on vous dit qu'il n'y a pas besoin de la vidéo. Puis on vous redemande une vidéo complète. Le dossier n'est pas pris en charge par la même personne. Et sans jamais prendre soin de lire les messages précédents du dossier. Aucune solution n'a été apporté depuis ma prise de contact.
