Looking at 50 reviews, opinions about the overall experience were mixed, with strong praise alongside substantial dissatisfaction. Many reviewers value earning game-related rewards, such as skins and gift cards, by completing missions and competitions. Some find the challenges enjoyable and the app easy to use, and a few praise fast rewards or approachable support....
However, some customers report that ladders or the Battle Pass stop working, missions and stats load slowly, or the platform becomes inaccessible. Others describe delayed or missing rewards, including gift cards, and some say support did not resolve their issue or respond promptly. Several reviewers also dispute account bans they consider unwarranted.

trying different game modes gave me a reason to step outside my usual routine. i like having a challenge to focus on instead of just queuing match after match, and the competitive side keeps it interesting. it makes playing feel a bit more purposeful without turning it into a chore.
Got more reason to play through the missions, and the competitions give me something to aim for. Nice way to make a match feel more rewarding.
Had good gaming experiences in the past on this platform.
no me abre me sale Stryda has been shut down Try out Buff Instead!
La aplicación está muy bien, lo único es que llevo unos días intentando entrar y me salta directamente a la nueva app "Challengermode" la cual no tiene ningun tipo de recompensa ni mision
BE WARNED THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF GAMING COMMUNITY! Stryda just shut down without any warning. On the opposite, all transactions, like a monthly subscription or buying of ladder coins were possible till the last second. You got 60.000 coins left and could buy an amazon gift card worth 100 bucks??? ah just f4k u, we are closing. But be warned again, my friends, the stryda-scam goes on with another synonym called "challengermode" now. Dem Gangsters just switched the hotel to do their dirty deeds without troubling historical ballast. Best regards to all stryda-victims, rate them down pls.
Ladders and Battle Pass do not work. I am a long time with this project and observed how to change prices, methods of obtaining rewards, etc. and I liked everything, but now does not work neither Battle Pass and Ladders. But to be fair, Battle Pass in which rewards are only in the form of tokens works every once in a while, unlike ladders.... They just don't exist. And I realize it's a bug, but it's very unpleasant. If they fix it, it's fine.
fix the ladder system its been like that for weeks
Nice one easy to use
