Refuses to pay out reward and ignores support ticket

Skinape refuses to pay out the bigger rewards and neglects support tickets completely. They owe me ≈ 280.000 coins. TL;dr: Horrible support left me on read. Not paying out bigger rewards. Long story short, I actually went to Skinape to find a new game to play, whilst also chasing the fun of the rewards. So I did the Monopoly GO offer, where I did almost complete all tasks. When its a bigger payout it usually takes >24 hrs for reward to be paid out. Fair. So I did the tasks "Spend a total of $75" and "Purchase over $99 in total" over a total of 10 transactions, totaling well over the required $99. They did not automatically register the tasks as done, which confused me. So I contacted support through the app, checking off the tasks and sending all relevant information. Next day I log in to check, the support just purely declined my support tickets regarding the 2 tasks. I cannot re-enter the same ticket, so I headed to the support chat to ask why and whats next. I was met with the generic chatbot bs, not even able to get through to an actual human. So I tried a different route through the support chat, to which I got a reply, saying I somehow opened a ticket wrong and the case will be closed. No more. I was simply trying to get a reply, but no help to get. The chat just tells me to be patient, without a real answer. Now its been 2 weeks since I completed the tasks. I've even tried sending them an email documenting all transactions with screenshots, order ID and time of purchase. No reply. This was also presented in the support chat. They have had several days to reply to my questions, but still they are just trying to silence me, by ignoring me. Next thing i'll contact TyrAds and Scopely, to try to sort the matter.
