I've been using Bananatic for a while…Ordered rewards on 27/08/2026 — still nothing, no response

I've been using Bananatic for a while now and managed to collect 10,000 bananas. On 27 August 2026, I redeemed them for 4 Amazon gift cards worth €2.50 each and one €5 Amazon gift card. It's now been over a week and I still haven't received any of the codes. What's worse is that I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about this. Their YouTube channel appears to be blocked/unavailable in my region, their Facebook page won't load, and the Discord server invite link has expired. I've tried every contact channel I could find, and none of them work. I understand rewards can sometimes take a little while, but a full week with zero communication and no way to reach support is not acceptable. I would like my Amazon gift cards to be delivered, or my bananas refunded so I can try a different reward. I'll update this review if the issue gets resolved.
