That feels unfair

Seriously, being shut out of discussions after posting criticism feels WILDLY unfair. I couldn't even leave reviews anymore, and there was no clear way to challenge it.

No refunds even on broken games

No refund on FC27 despite the game being HALF FINISHED. It's unplayable in career mode, which is all I ever play FC games for. So many bugs, all documented and admitted by EA as well. Main one for me is no clubs offer bids for players even if they're on loan/transfer list which makes it unplayable. As I've played the game more than 2 hours (it takes at least that long to even set career mode up properly) Steam refuse refund. No discussion. No option to raise complaint. Awful company and have to say after 20 years as a loyal customer, the money doesn't matter to me but not giving them any more of my cash is how I need to voice the protest!

Support client robotisé se cache derrière CG.

Le support client manque totalement de flexibilité humaine et se retranche derrière des robots et des règles automatisées, même face à des situations exceptionnelles comme la fermeture soudaine d'un studio (BioWare). Après demande d'un geste commercial pour remboursement de l'abonnement de EA suite à la fermeture du studio bioware et l'arrêt de Mass Effect, raison principale de mon abonnement.

Steam will punish you for leaving bad reviews or giving negative feedback in Discussion Pages. I have 12 documented pieces of evidence showing no ToS Violation but getting my account banned and blocked from being able to give reviews or even talking in Discussions.

una plataforma lleno de juegos de+18…

una plataforma lleno de juegos de+18 por que solo ay eso es lo que mas sale . luego no esperen anti cheat o cualquier cosa similar en esta plataforma, te banen asta 6 meses por trucos y luego no a pasado nada, el baneo se quita y a chetear . digo esto despues de usars steam mas de 20 años y ver como roban y no recuperas tu skins tu dinero, eso si no dan las cosas por que el estado del mercado se veria afectado segun estos, pero al ladron si lo bloquean inpidiendo que saque todas las skin eliminandolas del mercado y claro aumentando el precio de estos articulos ,claramente para este punto fotos videos y de todo para coseguir banear a un ladron y no recuperar nada ni con pruebas evidentes. si dejas de usar tu cuenta no te preocupes que te la haquean , si tienes cosas no te preocupes el acoso que tendras en esta plataforma sera level maximo, una plataforma podrida desde lo mas profundo de su sitema que sacan 1000 de juegos con micro pagos para robar literal. no recomiendo el uso

What's with all the negative reviews…Love steam so much

What's with all the negative reviews lol :) I mean I've only recently started using steam and I was quite nervous :) New platform and all. But now I'm so hooked on it you wouldn't believe. :) Ok yes there was a game I bought and didn't like the moment I played it and tried to get a refund which wasnt accepted. But that is so minor you wouldn't believe . Even there justification of why I couldnt get a refund was good enough . I honestly won't lie to you guys I've closed literally all other gaming platforms as now use steam as my universal one . I got battlefield 6 here. I got cyberpunk. I got hitman. :) I couldn't be any happier . If anything I wish I had known about steam earlier. But im old school so am always the last to figure these things out. Absolutely love steam. And the cloud service is great aswell. I can play the same game on my laptop or my Lenovo steam deck. Or even my other laptop at my other house when I pop down there. Best thing that's ever happened to me is steam. I don't know about the rest of you losers
