The spinner missed spots

The decorating kit barely worked; its off-center spinner missed parts of the baubles, and marker caps came apart.

cheap substitute

ordered one thing, got a cheap substitute instead. sorting out a refund was far more hassle than the purchase.

Avoid this company

I ordered two Minecraft tracksuits and received Fortnite ones. Customer service was hopeless and they expected me to be happy with this delivery. negotiations started when they offered me 20%, 30% 50% , then return the tracksuits for a full refund. The postage was nearly $40. In the end, getting PAypal involved i sent them back got a full refund but am still waiting for my postage, which was as much as the tracksuits.

Criminals!

Criminals!! False advertising, they just take your money and run!! You have no recourse. I don't understand why they and the rest of the Chinese scammers can't be stopped!!

Bought the Magic Tree bauble decorating…

Bought the Magic Tree bauble decorating kit plus an extra 12 baubles. It was crap. The motor is very poor and doesn't spin the balls very fast and spins it off centre this meant that parts of the bauble were missed when you were using the pen. The actual housing to put the balls in is very small, not everyone has tiny little Chinese fingers. The baubles that came with it as standard didn't have any of the string to attach it to the tree. The extra 12 baubles are a completely different size and don't fit in the spinny housing. My daughter's had trouble with some of the markers, when they went to pull the lids off the whole bottome of the marker came off instead exposing the ink, good job they're not permanent markers.... oh wait.... yeah they are. Completely crap product, completely mugged off. It does have the potential to be a good product.

I had the same experience as everyone…

I had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a Yorkie dog that moved like a real dog and got a $3 stuffed animal. Disputed with Paypal and the final resolution is that I send the item back to get my refund. I am not going to spend $15 to send the item back and Paypal is totally useless. Plus the address listed to return it to is in Chinese. What a waste of time.

STAY AWAY—TOTAL SCAMMERS

I would actually like to give this company zero stars. I agree with everyone who has posted a review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST SCAMMERS OUT THERE. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING. I have been arguing with this company since September. I cancelled an order before it was shipped. They sent me an email to say they would be refunding my money. I’m still waiting. PayPal say they can’t help so now I’m out almost $200.00 US. I had ordered several tree decorating kits along with several sets of additional ornaments that could be decorated. I’m more than pissed off, but there is nothing I can do. I have sent so many emails, I have lost tract. Save yourself a huge hassle, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 3 sets of a bauble decorating…

I ordered 3 sets of a bauble decorating kit , I was sent sent 3 sets of cheap plastic christmas baubles.Asked for a refund and also had endless emails back and forth with them arguing, they even admitted it was their fault and suggested I give them to a friend as a gift !!. I eventually took it to paypal resolution centre.As I didn’t have enough information , paperwork ( I was never sent any) PayPal said they couldn’t help. These are SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them. Paypal must be aware but are not doing anything so once again this company are pocketing another persons money.
