Tracker went nowhere

What a letdown - the order tracker rejected my details, and nothing was sent. I ended up turning to PayPal after getting nowhere with the seller.

Really alarming

Really alarming 😕 the checkout failed but the payment still went through, leaving me chasing a dispute instead of an order.

No order confirmation

Really worrying - payment went through, but I got no order confirmation or reply when I tried to reach them. I had to turn to PayPal.

SCAM ALERT

DORIONE SCAM ALERT! UK ADDRESS BUT ACTUALLY IN VIETNAM! Like others, I purchased through this site (in April) as it was on a Google sponsored ad, it also had a UK address! I first became concerned when after I made my payment through PayPal, the receipt I received from PayPal did not show up as Dorione, but a Chinese style heading instead! also I did not receive an order confirmation email from them! I went straight back into PayPal to cancel but payment was already taken! Then when looking at Dorione website again, the item I purchased had disappeared from website as well as from a Google search! I waited a week and heard nothing! so I put in a complaint to PayPal Luckily whenever I order anything online I always screenshot order receipt at end of purchase transaction, and I usually keep webpage window open and stack it away on phone So I had proof of this website existence and the item I had purchased PapPal have been amazing and have written to say they will refund me within the next week! However, something needs to be done about this website as it still appears to be out there and taking peoples money I have learned a lesson here DO NOT purchase from anywhere online until you have checked they are a bona fide company! Thankyou Trustpilot

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! At first look Dorione.com seems to be a great site: there are a good range of products and prices than cannot be bettered elsewhere. But this is a scam: if you order anything the goods will never be delivered and it is impossible to contact the company. Long story, short: I placed an order and received an email from PayPal confirming payment (this is the only way to pay). The payment is to a Chinese company (the name appears in Chinese characters), and the email address is a random string of numbers from a Chinese free email service. I never received an email from the company itself confirming that an order was placed, and the goods were never dispatched. Emails sent to the address in the PayPal email go unanswered and the order tracker on the website shows "incorrect order number" every time you try. I reported this matter to PayPal who contacted the seller who never replied and, after about 4 weeks, I finally got a refund. Judging from the other reviews here it is now clear that this is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Completely agree with everyone else…

Completely agree with everyone else here, I fell for it. It was a sponsored page on Google so thought it trustworthy enough to buy a present for my son. It wasn't. Thankfully PayPal resolved it in my favour and now the website looks to be taken down! PayPal have the email address of the scammer but don't know what they'll do with it...

Scam website beware!

Scam website! Do not order from here. They will take your money on PayPal but will not actually confirm your order. Have tried to email their customer support but no reply. Luckily PayPal have refunded my money after I opened a dispute 3 weeks ago. Would recommend that if you have already ordered to try and take screen shots of the failed order page to support your claim on PayPal.

Scam website

Scam website. Avoid! Per the last review, I was taken to PayPal and completed the transaction only then to be passed back to the Dorione site where an error message was displayed. No replies from the customer services email and the phone number plus address are both fake.
