The shoes arrived soaked and damaged, and I was told the sale was final when I tried to sort it out... that left me with no real solution. For something ordered online, that was a pretty awful outcome, and I wouldn't feel comfortable buying here again.
[1] Paid, never received my order from Korea, then asked to pay another $25. 10 weeks passed [2] They blamed my address—but after I provided it again, they sent back incorrect shipping details, including the wrong name and missing apartment information. [3] I asked for the original shipping label and return reason. Neither was provided. Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered. [4] No product. No resolution. Just another invoice.
Order still missing. I sent a message and got no answer, with nothing arriving to settle the matter. The silence was almost as frustrating as the wait. I can't recommend ordering when there's no clear update and no response after asking for help if something goes wrong.

After years of trying for their shoe releases because they like to backdoor all the pairs to those they deem “worthy”, i finally hit on 1 of the pink pairs back in may and i bought a clothing item with them. Shoes came in about 2 months later and they were soaking wet and destroyed. Of course the shipping company said i needed to request a refund from the seller, and yall already know how that went🤦🏻♂️ i knew as soon as they told me that that i had basically been scammed and there was nothing i could do, and of course travis scott team FINALLY emailed back about a week later and said all sales final. So they scammed me on the shoes and now here we are 4 months later and i STILL haven’t received the clothing item i bought with the shoes🤦🏻♂️ so about $250 or more spent and all i got was a ruined pair of shoes that nobody wanted to let me return. This company is 100% a scam. You spend years trying for shoes cuz ur never going to win, theyve already backdoored all the pairs before the release, and when you FINALLY do hit and get excited, ur shoes come in ruined and u can’t return em. I wouldnt spend money with this company its just not worth it. If it doesn’t release on snkrs app i wouldnt go for it. Made a complaint with the FTC and the BBB but im sure it wont amount to anything. Now i guess i have to reach out to my bank and dispute the charge and hope that works. Terrible company

Total Scam — Still No Delivery After Months! I ordered from Cactus Jack Store months ago, and never received a thing. They keep lying that the package was shipped, but I have official proof from DHL and the local delivery company that they never received any package from them — meaning it was never actually sent. Their customer service ignores emails, gives fake tracking updates, and takes zero responsibility. Just look at their Instagram and Trustpilot pages — hundreds of people are going through the same thing. I’ve already reported this company to the BBB, FTC, Competition Bureau of Canada, Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre,and Trustpilot itself. This is one of the worst and most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this store at all costs!
Terrible experience with this store. The waiting time to receive my order was far longer than what was promised. Prices are extremely high for the quality provided, and they add hidden fees/taxes duplicate customs duties, that are not clearly explained at checkout. Customer service is practically non-existent: they don’t reply to emails, they don’t offer solutions, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Honestly, this is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone to buy here.
I bought the FC Barcelona merch from the website on may 12th 2025. Currently it is september 25th and i still didn’t receive it! Horrendous situation. The package should have been sent on the 4th september but all of a sudden I can’t see the tracking information anymore and DHL can’t find my package. So surely this has been a scam right? The customer service is also really bad and unhelpful… Hoping now that i can at least get my money back, because this is plain robbery.
