Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were satisfied overall, although a notable minority report serious service problems. Many customers praise responsive, knowledgeable support and staff who help with technical questions or tailor server configurations. Reviewers also frequently describe reliable performance, smooth setup, and servers suited to demanding workloads. Some appreciate competitive pricing and the flexibility to adjust hardware or build to specific requirements....
However, some customers report extended outages, server or hardware failures, and delays in getting service delivered or restored. In these accounts, support was described as slow, unhelpful, or lacking clear updates, contrasting with the many positive reports of responsive assistance. A few reviewers also raise concerns about cancellation charges, refunds, security incidents, or the handling of abuse reports.

The free trial let me explore the hosting without putting in card details, so I could get a feel for it before committing. When I needed a less standard setup, the team was open to working through the custom requirements with me. That made trying the service feel low-pressure, rather than a sales pitch.
They Gave me Free Trial no Credit Card I Love it best hosting ever
A real relief. The first server I chose didn't fit what I needed, but the team helped switch me to a more suitable setup and carry my credit over. No fuss or lecture about my mistake, just a practical fix. That flexibility made the experience feel genuinely considerate.
Setup went smoothly, and the server has been reliable so far. Support answered questions clearly.
I had initially bought a server which I had then realised did not fit my criteria due to my mistake. Despite this the staff still replaced my server with the desired one and added on my credits to my current plan. This is something you don't see much nowadays unfortunately so I'm very grateful they do care about their customers and are always happy to help. I would much recommend.

Nice and affordable service with data centers in UK. I was looking for dedicated server hosted in UK and this option is reliable and affordable.
Been using this datacenter for several months now and couldn't be happier. The managers are professional and always ready to help, support team responds quickly and actually solves problems. Pricing is very competitive for the quality you get. Highly recommended!
