A nice-looking handheld

The PSP has a clean look and arrived earlier than I expected. It was in great shape when I opened it, so I could get straight to enjoying some old-school games instead of wondering about its condition. A nice little bit of retro gaming to have around.

Scammers

On September 17, 2026, I placed an order with PSP Vault for a gaming console. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that I could not properly play the games included with my purchase. I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but the representative eventually stopped responding without providing a solution or refund. I also placed a second order, #25806, around September 21, 2026. As of October 7, 2026, approximately 16 days had passed without the order being shipped. Due to the issues with my original purchase and the lack of communication from customer service, I requested that this second order be canceled and fully refunded. Despite my attempts to resolve both issues directly with PSP Vault, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting reimbursement for both transactions and i am going to dispute the charges with my financial institution.

Worse Customer service

I ordered a modded fat PS2 with a bunch of games that I selected. Console arrived within the week so the shipping was crazy fast. I go to turn on my console and it won't power on. I tried multiple outlets and still no power. I sent a video along with an email to pspvault. They responded by apologizing and told me to mail the PS2 back and they would send me a replacement. Here's where the problem is.... pspvault is some Arab country. Shipping a PS2 costs quite a bit. The cheapest option it takes 12 weeks to arrive and costs $50. I sent an email asking who is going to cover the cost for shipping it back as it's clearly not my fault. No response. I email again asking for a pre paid mail slip and again no response. I have emailed them multiple times and they refuse to respond to me. So now I either spend an extra $50 to ship the console back which was already overpriced to begin with or I call my credit card company and try to reverse the charge. They continue noy to respond to my emails. Don't buy from them! Something happens to the console on the way to your place you are screwed.

A lovely return to old games

A lovely return to old games. The handheld arrived when expected and looked to be in excellent condition. What really made it special was opening it and finding a large selection of pre-installed games ready to play, with no setup taking over the evening. That brought back the feeling of picking up an old system after school, and the familiar game choices made it easy to settle in straight away. It is a simple purchase, but the ready-to-play setup is what made this feel worthwhile.

Scam! Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. PSP shipped with issues and they requested videos of them. Sent the videos and got no response even after following up multiple times. Scam

My psp came on time and in great…

My psp came on time and in great condition. Everything looks and works perfect. I totally love playing all the old school games on this thing. Reminds me of when I was a kid! Came with tons of preloaded games and was ready to go as soon as it arrived. Very happy with my purchase and would do business again. - Mention the pre-installed games or how the PSP was modded

oh the memories!!

Wow!! what a great way to bring back the memories of my early gaming days! Recieved the PSP in perfect condition & on time as expected. The variety and quantity of pre- installed games exceeds my expectations. I let my 3 year old use it to play the Cars & Spongebob game, which he loved, and I felt proud that I could introduce him to old-school gaming systems & games.
