What a letdown: the item never arrived, and my messages asking for an update got no response. The phone contact wasn't working either, so I had no clear way to find out what was happening. A very low price isn't worth that uncertainty, and I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering here again.
The payment option I expected to use wasn't available, even though it was presented as accepted. That mismatch made the very low prices feel like a warning rather than a deal. I couldn't get a reply to my email, and the phone number wasn't usable either, so there was no reassuring way to check what was going on. I wouldn't trust a checkout where the payment choices don't match what is advertised. A tempting price wouldn't make me feel any better about entering card details here.
The order never showed up, and messages asking for an update went unanswered. I couldn't get any reassurance about whether it had even been sent, so the very low price stopped feeling like a bargain and started feeling like a warning. The listed phone contact wasn't usable either, which left me with no clear way to sort it out. I wish I had checked more carefully before placing the order. Based on this experience, I'd tell anyone considering it to be cautious and not assume a confirmation means the item is on its way.
Fraude No compren en Kimimart, yo hice un pedido en diciembre y nunca llegó. Mandas correos no recibes respuesta, los números y direcciones son falsos. Se robaron mi dinero.
Ordered on 17th. Emailed on the 22nd, no reply. Payment not taken by this company BUT 11 days later my card has been used fraudulently for an attempted smyths toy store order of £20 - only new company I have used it with is KIMIMART so their details are now with the fraud section of my card issuer.
Ordered some PS4 games. Really cheap price which I was a bit wary of to begin with. Been 2 months and not recieved the games. Sent several emails with no response. I've cancelled my bank card and ordered a new one.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Ordered a sewing machine a month ago which I haven’t received yet. Email and phone do not exist. They haven’t taken money out but I have entered all my details, so I ordered a new card. This has never happened to me, I’m usually super careful! I’m so angry, don’t order from them it’s a scam!
BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE WORLD I HAD BOUGHT AN XBOX FOR A REALLY CHEAP PRICE OF £90 AND PAID VIA BANK TRANSFER. THEY CLAIM THEY ACCEPT PAYPAL BUT NEVER ALLOW YOU TO PAY VIA PAYPAL. EVERY THING IS SO CHEAP AND IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. NO MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN HOWEVER THEY HAVE MY BANK DETAILS SO I HAVE ORDERED A REPLACEMENT CARD.
scam site. DO NOT USE.
Not delivered after 11 days. No email to say item shipped. Telephone number doesn’t work. No money taken but have cancelled my card just in case. Believe this to be a SCAM site DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
