Paying twice for old games

My older digital purchases weren't playable on the newer system unless I bought them again. That feels like losing access to games I already paid for.

I am walking away from Sony. You are getting what you deserve right now sony. I should be able to play my old purchased games on the new platform and you should not be able to FORCE me to buy them again if I want to play, sometimes with DOWNGRADED quality of life changes (castlevania SOTN). kEEP HACKING Sony/Playstation and now let’s start with Xbox/Microsoft and start giving all their sh*t away for free. These companies are horrible. They’re charging us for things saying we own it which we should if we’re paying for it and then they say we don’t and it isn’t even ours. Now they wanna add ads in the games that we are going to purchase wtf?, we need to hack Sony and Microsoft and leave them with absolutely nothing and when I say nothing, I mean nothing……. These companies are ruining the gaming industry worth billions of dollars and they have no common sense. They’re looking at the short term effect and not the long-term. That’s the sad part. They want the money right away, but they’re not realizing how it’s gonna affect them in the long run or they just don’t care which that’s what I think it is all money is gonna go back to gold coins so the dollar bill isn’t worth anything that’s why everybody’s trying to make all this money and cash out. That’s a whole other story you’ll see

J’ai acheté un pack PlayStation 5

J’ai acheté un pack PlayStation 5, une manette et god of War Ragnarok. Le code de Jeux n’était plus valide alors que la date d’expiration n’était pas indiquée. Après une semaine et demi de bataille avec PlayStation le support technique m’a dit que c’était mort.

The Greed Has No Limits - PS

They went on a war with their customers. i cannot believe what they’re doing. i wanted to stay at 14.00 they wouldn’t let me use psn because i didn’t have the newest version. so i upgraded to 14.10 hoping that the jailbreak scene will catch up and once there was a rumor there will be a jailbreak for 14.10 these greedy people went with a new update 14.20 and guess what… once again they blocked psn until i upgraded to 14.20. i just want to use my playstation to its fullest (with the help of jb ofc) and these people won’t let me (blocking psn until i upgrade to newest version). it’s my playstation, i bought it.

ACCOUNT BEING HACK

this is way below 1 star! How I wish I could give a 0. Its very frustrating that I can't get access to my account because someone had hacked into my account and changed my email address. I tried to recover my account but I did not receive any since 7am today. I reached out to the live chat, but operating is 10am onwards. I tried after 10am and I had to wait for 2 hours for a live agent to attend to me. What if something happened to my account where transactions are made and its not by me as all my credit cards are in there. When I finally got a live agent, it is really not helpful. All I need is to recover my account. I was asked about my lastest transaction, my first 4 and last 4 digits of credit card. Why do I have to answer this when my request is so simple, just to recover my account. its really not helpful and its super frustrating. Best of all, why is it my work to keep monitoring on my bank for suspicious transaction when I just need to recover my account. The only form of communication is through this live chat and nothing else. Its so difficult to contact Sony or Playstation. And the response i get its really not helpful. Not a single bit. Isn't it suppose to be Sony or Playstation to escalate when accounts are being hack? This is utterly bullshit and I want a response ASAP
