A console that quit after a couple of tries. When it did run, some games felt laggy, and a saved game had jumped back to an earlier point when I loaded it again. I couldn't count on either the hardware or my progress. Reaching out didn't get me a useful fix, so the device was left unusable. I wanted to relax with some older games, but ended up wondering whether it would even start. That's a lot of hassle for something meant to be simple.
Really disappointing - the device never showed up, and my emails went unanswered. A polished-looking site doesn't mean much when there's nothing in the post.
Broken after a few tries... then no useful reply. Very frustrating.
Omg! I purchased a game stick. It worked 1 week and then crashed. I reached out and they were not really helpful. I could not get my money back after trying so many times no response after awhile.. There are better companies out there to purchase from.
Ordered what I thought was an awesome product but I have never received. I have emailed countless times and email comes back their mailbox full. I sent a message via instragram got reply saying escalated to team. Still nothing. Website looks great but don't be taken in by it. Avoid such shame
TOTAL SCAM! I paid them, they never delivered the device and never responded to my emails. They should go to jail
Scammers - item worked for two tries then won’t power up. Sent it back to the address they asked, on my dime, it got sent back to me 7 months later, same issue, wasn’t replaced or probably even looked at. Criminal. Don’t buy or trust any of these folks.
Chiesto rimborso, senza alcuna risposta. State lontanissimi!
Ordered a console and sent the controllers. They told me my console was sent separately and have ignored my emails since
