A payment was taken, yet the item never showed up. Getting the money back turned into a drawn-out effort, even though there was nothing to confirm delivery. The replies insisted it was legitimate, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I wouldn't risk placing an order here again.
No working tracking page. I ordered a console, then couldn't check where it was once the site stopped opening. Nothing arrived, and I had no clear way to follow up.
The parcel never contained the handheld console I ordered. Instead, a small greeting card arrived, and the website and tracking information later stopped being available. I tried contacting them but got no useful resolution. That left me trying to recover the payment rather than enjoying the item, so this was a deeply disappointing purchase.
Total scam website. Product never turned up. After months of backwards and forwards with American Express, I eventually got my money back. But it wasn't easy despite me never receiving anything. They still claimed everything was legit which it very clearly wasn't.
Scammer alert Like others ordered gaming console and hot scammed. Can’t access their website now. Stay away .. it’s a proven Chinese scammer
Scam/ fraud site!
Ordered the hand held games console. I chased ladenlodge several times and got a few response stating that there was an issue in the delivery and they are starting again. Instead I received a small greetings card. Now they just ignore me when I email them. Big scammers.
SCAM at the highest! Don’t order here!!!! My email was even answered that it’s on the way and I don’t have to worry. I received at least a fu****ing greeting card instead of the gaming console. That made my feeling even worst! I hope karma will pay them back!
