What kinds of games and items do reviewers say are available?

Reviewers mention classic and retro games, past-generation titles, consoles, controllers, cables, and other accessories. Several describe finding older games or items they had struggled to locate elsewhere.

Are the prices considered reasonable?

Several reviewers describe prices for games and older titles as fair or affordable. These are individual customer impressions, and reviews do not establish that every item is low-priced.

What condition do items arrive in?

Reports vary by item. Some reviewers say used consoles or games arrived in good condition and worked properly, while others mention new-looking games or new cases. A few report receiving an incorrect or nonworking item.

How quickly do orders arrive?

Some customers report prompt shipping or delivery sooner than expected. Others describe longer-than-expected waits, including delayed dispatch, so timing appears to vary across reviews.

Do reviewers find the ordering process easy?

Several reviewers describe ordering as easy and the website as straightforward. One customer also appreciated clear information about possible shipping delays.

What do customers say about customer service?

Many reviewers praise service as helpful, responsive, and communicative, including accounts of order problems being corrected. Other customers report unanswered messages, particularly in complaints about delayed or cancelled orders.

What do reviews say about preorders?

Reviews include multiple complaints about Switch 2 preorders being cancelled after customers said their orders had been confirmed, with some citing stock problems or delayed notice. These reports indicate that preorder experiences were not consistent.

Have reviewers been able to resolve order problems?

Some customers say mistakes were corrected and replacement or proper items arrived. Others report that their messages about wrong or cancelled orders went unanswered, so the reviews describe mixed outcomes.
