The voice-chat rules feel hard to understand. I got muted for a mild swear while harsher language seemed to pass, and that made the match feel less welcoming. I don't mind moderation, but it should be applied consistently; right now it comes across as arbitrary to me.
First time I have ever refunded a pre-order game. Infinity Ward pushed me to that extreme. Appears they went for the money grab and destroyed DMZ. Now instead of a minimalist inventory system that gives more time for active gameplay, they have decided to be like Arc Raiders. That game looks pretty cool, but most DMZ players are not looking for another game with a time consuming inventory system that takes away from the action. News flash Infinity, you are not stealing away any AR players. They are loyal to that game and I bet you will loose more loyal CoD players than AR players you gain. I was excited for DMZ and loved the old one. I tried hard to like this one, but spending hours maneuvering an extensive inventory system is not my idea of fun. I have already refunded / cancelled this order. Thinking you may have me leaving the CoD franchise altogether since loyal fans appear to be forgotten.
Anappauling, disrispectful company that sickens me as someone who has spent thusands on them with every call of duty title. I've been permenetly banned for testing DLSS 5, which is something that was new to me and became a craze recently after watching youtube videos. I had no idea it was against policy and my intentions were simply to check the visuals with it on in ccampaign. however, when i installed dlss 5, th egame crashed and i got a ban immediately. I appealed it but the personn who has no soul that looked into my appeal didnt even look at my long history with the company. Im also a reviewer for the company but they dont even care. I will take this ti ccourt if not resolved because im innocent, in that my intentions were never to go online or cheat. Its a mistake on my side but i dont deserve this level of hardware ban. I cannot even play future call of duty games wich ot me is illegal because ive not done anything in those games and dont deserve this. All my loyalty with this company and they treat me like im nothing. I will be getting my evidence otgeather and taking this ti a small claims court for stress this has caused upon me. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and they have made a big mistake. I understand ther epolicy, but for someone who is genuine and has no intentions to cheat or ever cheat, this is wrong. its for them to prove i never tried to cheat and this will be a court matter if not resolved. its not FINAL untill i say its final. So hope someone at infinity ward reads this and actually helps me. because ive been a game jurnalist and reviewer for this company in the past. im a genuine honest person and me knowing this makes me so upset and depressed. im disgusted. clearly needs a new system in place that can check for those that make mistakes that are genuine. ive never cheate din my life. i never even played the game with dlss 5 on because it crashed. Just shocking and i wont give up because its put a ban on my steam account and i want it lifting and i wont give up until its resolved.

I bought a disc expecting to play, but lengthy downloads and later updates kept blocking access. I felt frustrated because owning the physical copy did not mean reliable access to the game.

This is so stupid I'm so tired of their "keep the community safe" BS. either let adults play on the game and do away with this chat band BS or become fortnite. You choose. So I've just purchased Call of duty Black ops 6 on disc thinking I now own the game. How wrong I am after 12hrs of downloading the didgital information I can finally play. However two days in and I try to play the game but it's updating and I have no access to the game I purchased on disc how is this possible, I understand the online features updating but why dose it cancel out access to the game I have purchased on disc.
