Save gone, no real answer

A corrupted save after a crash, then canned advice that didn't fit the problem. REALLY frustrating to lose progress and get no useful answer.

No clear reason

My appeal went nowhere, and I still wasn't given a clear reason for the ban. That left me with no useful way to understand or challenge the decision.

Should be -5 stars. Absolutely the most predatory company pumping out the same product every year with atleast 180$ premium at minimum if you want to play online competitively. Not to mention the rampant cheaters and script users they don’t care to moderate

2k Support cant help, game crashes and Delets my charakters

I lost my max-level Tiny Tina's Wonderlands character due to a game crash. After the crash, my main save file (1.sav) was reduced to 0 KB and the character appeared as "Corrupted" in-game. The file could no longer be opened, even with save tools. I also found that the affected save file was missing from Steam Cloud, while the other save files were still present. The most frustrating part was not even the data loss itself, but the support experience. I provided detailed information explaining that: the crash happened during gameplay, the character became corrupted immediately afterwards, the save file was reduced to 0 KB, reinstalling the game did not help, the issue was clearly related to save corruption. Despite this, I received what appeared to be a generic template response telling me to clear cache, check my network connection, update drivers, and reinstall the game. At no point did support meaningfully address the evidence I provided or explain how a game crash could result in a save file being overwritten with a 0 KB file. Losing dozens of hours of progress is bad enough. Being answered with unrelated troubleshooting articles instead of an investigation into the actual issue made the experience even worse. Very disappointing support experience. Always save ur files i guess bc u cant trust them to do it

Yall just copied and paste with no actual time or effort into making the game it’s broken. The defense is stupid how can someone easily just take the ball away but can’t play proper defense to contest a shot this will be my last 2k ever yall just money hungry literally.

2K steals from its customers

2K is a company that actually preys upon its customers. They will permanently ban you for something, provide absolutely zero evidence of the wrong doing they accuse you of, and then will not provide any sort of refund. They are thieves, plain and simple. The nice part, NBA 2K27 is absolutely terrible anyways. They stole money for me like so many others. The best part is there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. They don’t care in the slightest. Poor product and poor employees.

Absolutely terrible customer support.

Absolutely terrible customer support. No transparency, no real discussion, appeal denied, decision final. Being able to ban a paying customer without providing a clear explanation is extremely concerning. Terrible experience with 2K. Completely useless and deeply disappointing support.

Shooting felt off

The game made shooting feel unreliable, and the missing crew mode took away the part I wanted to play most. Matches also felt clunky rather than realistic, so the whole experience became frustrating fast. There may be enjoyable pieces here, but the basic sports gameplay needs much more testing before release.
