Still waiting for an answer
Honestly, this is worrying. A payout that should be a routine part of using the service has turned into a long stretch of uncertainty, and I can't get a clear answer about when it will be handled. I've tried reaching support more than once, but the silence makes it hard to know whether anyone is looking into it. That lack of communication is almost as upsetting as waiting itself. When money is involved, even a short update would make a real difference. Instead, I'm left with no useful information and very little confidence.
