Key stopped working
Key stopped working after an update, and I couldn't get a useful reply when I asked for help. That's a frustrating way to be left with something unusable.

Back to the standard launcher
Vanilla ended up feeling more dependable than this client on my setup. I expected the extra features to be useful, but the frame rate dipped enough to make playing frustrating, so I went back to the standard launcher. Maybe it works better on other machines, but for me the performance tradeoff wasn't worth it.

Cosmetics left me wary
The cosmetics are the sticking point: when something went wrong, I couldn't get useful help. That left me pretty wary of the shop.
