Excellent Support and a Great Customer Experience! I had a payment issue where around $18 was charged, but I didn’t receive what I had paid for. As this was the first time I had experienced something like this, I was really worried. For me, $18 is a significant amount of money, and I was afraid I might lose it. One refund, comin’ right up!

After I saw a charge on my credit card statement for a purchase that should have been refunded, I investigated. FASTSPRING was the statement name but not the company by which I knew the seller. Using FASTSPRING’s clear/simple mobile form, I submitted a support request to which the original vendor company responded right away. My refund was processed in less than 48 hours vs the weeks’ long wait. ps The vendor’s product and incentives to stay were great; they weren't right for me at any or no price.
